The Umber Foundation and our Research Group, recognizes the deep connection between life satisfaction and access to basic needs. Studies show that when individuals face homelessness, food insecurity, and financial hardship, mental health challenges—such as anxiety and depression—tend to increase significantly.
We believe that lacking access to essential resources should not be part of the Human experience. That's why we are committed to serving communities by advocating for and supporting equitable access to housing, food, and financial stability. Everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.
The Umber Foundation develops educational, wellness, and housing-stability programs designed to improve quality of life.
We offer personal-care education, fitness instruction, culinary training, and holistic wellness courses through remotely. Our broader programming may also include consultations, guided wellness sessions, life-skills education, counseling referrals, and non-clinical life guidance.
